Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed
  • 1/2 C. vinegar
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 C. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. Miracle Whip
  • 2 to 3 carrots, shredded
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

    Be sure macaroni has been rinsed with cold water and is completely cooled. Mix with remaining ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Will keep for several days.
