  • 6 oz. tri-colored twist pasta
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked tender-crisp
  • 4 oz. pepperoni
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded

    Cook pasta.

    Mix next 6 ingredients.

    Add pasta and Parmesan and mix.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli, pepperoni and Mozzarella and toss.
