Ingredients
- 3 large carrots
- 1/2 green pepper
- 6 to 8 medium mushrooms
- 8 oz. uncooked pasta shells
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Clean and peel carrots.

2Clean mushrooms; slice all vegetables and steam until soft.

3Cook pasta according to directions.

4Drain pasta in colander and rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain thoroughly and place in large bowl.

5Add vegetables and stir.

6Add Italian dressing and gently stir until covered. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Chill in refrigerator.

8Serves a lot.

9Great for road trips or pre-game meals.
