Pasta Supper Salad

Ingredients
- 3 qt. water
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 oz. spaghetti (4-inch lengths)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. blanched zucchini slices
- 16 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine water and garlic salt.

2Bring to boil.

3Gradually add pasta.

4Cook 8 to 10 minutes.

5Drain and rinse.

6Place in bowl. Stir in lemon juice and oil; chill at least 1 hour.

7Add remaining ingredients.

8Chill well.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
