Pasta with Champignons and Zucchini

  • 4 medium champignons
  • 1/2 medium zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash basil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 100 grams noodles (any kind you like)
  • 1 tbsp butter

    Cut champignons and zucchini in slices and chop the garlic

    heat pan on max and put a bit of butter in it
  3. 3
    firstly, put the garlic in the pan, after that the champignons
  4. 4
    add salt, lemon juice, zucchini, basil and parsley (i used dried herbs)

    cover the pan with a lid and put it on medium heat

    bring water to boil in a pot and add salt for the noodles
  7. 7
    let the champignons-mix cook for 10 minutes while stirring from time to time.

    this should also be about the time needed to get the pasta al dente

    just before the 10 minutes are over, add butter to the pan.

    as soon as its melted, drain pasta and put champignon-mix on top!

    this can be served hot or cold as a salad, its super delicious in both ways!
