- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz.) can cut tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 8 oz. mostaccioli
Directions

1Cook garlic in oil until golden.

2Stir in undrained tomatoes, red pepper and sugar.

3Bring to boiling; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes.

4Cook pasta and drain.

5Stir pasta into tomato mixture; top with Parmesan cheese.
