- your favorite pie dough recipe
Directions

1Combine meat, potatoes (the proportions vary depending on taste and food budget, can be equal parts), onion, salt and pepper.

2Roll pie dough into 6 x 6-inch squares.

3Put about 1 cup mixture in center.

4Top with a dab of butter.

5Fold in sides, then roll up ends to form pockets.

6Continue until all meat and potatoes are gone.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Can be served warm, opened up and topped with butter or the next day cold, spread with butter on the outside.
