- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475°.

2Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Combine the syrup and milk, adding this to the flour mixture. Stir with a fork until thoroughly mixed.

3Do not overwork the dough.

4Shape this mixture into a ball and place it between 2 pieces of wax paper that have been dusted with flour.

5Roll the pastry into a circle large enough to fit in a 9-inch pie pan. Spray pan with nonfat cooking spray.

6Arrange crust in pan.

7Cut off the edges that hang over.

8Prick the bottom with a fork.

9Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.

10Cool before adding filling.
