  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour (nonsifted)
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Bring water and butter to a boil.

    Add flour.

    Cool mixture before adding eggs, so they don't cook.

    Stir in eggs separately. Cook on buttered tins at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown and crusty top.

    Don't open oven door often, or puffs will fall. Stuff with pudding, salad, ice cream, etc.
