- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour (nonsifted)
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Bring water and butter to a boil.

2Add flour.

3Cool mixture before adding eggs, so they don't cook.

4Stir in eggs separately. Cook on buttered tins at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown and crusty top.

5Don't open oven door often, or puffs will fall. Stuff with pudding, salad, ice cream, etc.
