- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 eggs
- chicken salad or any spreads
Directions

1Put in a saucepan water and butter.

2Heat until butter melts. Add flour and stir until dough forms a ball in the center of pan. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

3Add 1 egg; beat until well blended.

4Add another egg; beat as before.

5The mixture should be very stiff.

6If not, let stand 10 minutes before shaping.

7Drop with a teaspoon.

8Bake 10 minutes at 425°.

9Reduce heat to 350°.

10Bake 10 minutes longer.

11Remove from pan and allow to cool.

12Split and fill with chicken salad or any spread.
