- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
Directions

1Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Spread it in a 9 x 12 oiled pan. Add chicken. Pour soup and mayonnaise over dish. Add seasoned crumbs, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

2Bake at 400° for 3/4 hour.
