- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. undrained pineapple, crushed
Directions

1Cream Crisco, oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

3Add flour, sifted with baking powder, small amount at a time, alternating with milk.

4Add vanilla, stir in pineapple and blend well.

5Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.

6Place in cold oven at 325°.

7Bake 1 1/2 hours.

8Let stand in pan for 10 minutes, then remove carefully.
