- 1/2 lb. calves liver
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
Directions

1Simmer calves liver in water to cover for 25 minutes or until done.

2Put through finest blade of food chopper or chop in blender.

3Add salad oil, finely chopped onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Place in lightly oiled mold.

6Cover and chill.
-
7Before serving, garnish with finely chopped hard-boiled egg.
