- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- strawberries

1Set out ice cream to soften.

2Cut butter into dry muffin mix. Place in casserole dish; do not press.

3Bake at 300° for 5 to 10 minutes until mix begins to brown.

4Remove and let cool.

5Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.

6Press remaining mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.

7Add softened ice cream and top with crumb mixture. Freeze.

8Top with blueberries from muffin mix and sliced strawberries.

9Let pie sit about 5 minutes before slicing.
