    Pat down in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar in mixer.

    Pour into pan. Cover cake mix

    batter. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Starts golden brown on top.
