  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 c. salted peanuts

Directions

    Mix oleo, egg and cake mix and bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 12 to 18 minutes.

    While hot, put 3 cups miniature marshmallows on top.

    In saucepan, combine corn syrup, oleo, peanut butter chips and vanilla.

    Cook on low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

    Then add 2 cups Rice Krispies and peanuts. Spread on cake.
