   Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and spread miniature marshmallows on top of crust.

   Return to oven until marshmallows are melted.

   Remove from oven.
