  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. peanut butter chips
  • 2 c. salted peanuts
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients and press into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Take out of oven and sprinkle with marshmallows.
  4. 4
    Return to oven for 1 minute. Heat next 4 ingredients until peanut butter chips are melted. Remove from heat and add peanuts and Rice Krispies.

    Spoon over marshmallows and chill.
  6. 6
    Cut into bars.
