Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. bottle Hidden Valley original Ranch dressing
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • cashew nuts
  • bacon bits

Directions

    Mix sour cream and Ranch dressing together and pour over vegetables.

    Sprinkle cashews over top of this, then add bacon bits.

    Let salad set in refrigerator several hours before serving.
