  • 3 cups bread cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can peach pie filling

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spread bread in greased 9 inch square pan.

    Beat together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.

    Stir in 1 cup peach filling.

    Pour over bread cubes.

    press custard into bread.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

    Heat remaining peach filling and spoon over pudding.
