- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut butter into cake mix.

2Mix with coconut.

3Pack moderately into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

4(Spray pan with Pam.) Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

5Arrange peaches on top.

6Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on peaches.

7Mix egg into sour cream; drizzle over peaches.

8Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

9Do not overbake.
