  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk (start with 1/2 c.)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix batter and add to pan. Spoon peaches over this.

    Pour juice (but not the whole can) all over.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350° to 400°.
