  • 6 or 8 medium-size peaches
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Peel peaches and slice.

    In a large bowl, toss peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt and cinnamon.

    Pour into glass casserole dish.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover with tinfoil and bake in oven at 425° until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
