- 34 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 34 cup sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup milk
- 4 large peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced or 16 ounces frozen peaches, thawed
- 12 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Spray a 12 to 14-inch spring form pan with oil.

3In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the butter, eggs, and sugars until light and fluffy.

4Add dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg; mix.

5Add milk; beat with mixer until well blended.

6Gently fold in peaches.

7Put batter into oiled springform pan and top with struessel mixture.

8Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

9Remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes; remove sides of pan.
