- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 medium size peaches
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2/3 Tbsp. ice water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. coffee cream
Directions

1Peel peaches; cut in halves.

2Remove stones (you may use more than the 3 peaches if you desire to make larger).

3Arrange in pie shell with round sides up.

4Mix sugar and flour together; pour over peaches.

5Pour on cream; sprinkle cinnamon on top.

6Bake for 10 minutes in a 450° oven; reduce to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.

7Canned peaches may be used.
