  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sliced peaches
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and salt.

    Beat in sour cream, egg and vanilla.

    Add peaches.

    Pour into pie pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Turn down heat to 350°, bake 1/2 hour.

    Remove from heat.
