  • 6 peaches
  • 1 Keebler batter crust
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. La Creme whipped topping

Directions

    Peel and slice peaches.

    Put in crust. Bring sugar, water, cornstarch and salt to a boil.

    Add Jell-O to boiled mixture. Pour over peaches and refrigerate.
