Peach Crisp

  • 8 to 10 medium peaches (fresh)
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Slice and pit peaches; spread into a large baking dish.

    Put over top of peaches 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons water.

    In a bowl, put Bisquick, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar.

    In a separate small bowl, beat egg.
  5. 5
    Mix egg into Bisquick mix and toss around until crumbly.

    Pour that over top of peaches and pour melted butter over that.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
