  • 8 sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Arrange sliced peaches in a buttered 8 x 8-inch dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Blend flour, brown sugar and salt together.

    Cut in butter.

    Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
