- 200 grams plain flour
- 200 grams butter
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 825 grams tinned peaches, drained
- 100 grams rolled oats or flaked almonds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180C

2Mix together the peaches and jam and spread in a baking dish.

3Rub the butter into the flour, oats and sugar to form crumbs.

4Spread over the peach mixture.

5Bake for 30-40 minutes.
