  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 200 grams butter
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 825 grams tinned peaches, drained
  • 100 grams rolled oats or flaked almonds

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180C

    Mix together the peaches and jam and spread in a baking dish.

    Rub the butter into the flour, oats and sugar to form crumbs.

    Spread over the peach mixture.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
