- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

2Add water and corn syrup. Blend well; add peaches.

3Bring to boil and cook one minute.

4Let cool.

5Add lemon juice.

6Pour filling into pastry shell.

7Sprinkle with Crumble Topping.

8Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 425°.
