Peach Custard Cake

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) large can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix like pie crust the flour, salt and margarine.

    Press firmly on bottom

    and halfway up sides of a 9 x 9-inch pan. Arrange drained peach slices on crust.

    Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
