- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) large can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix like pie crust the flour, salt and margarine.

2Press firmly on bottom

3and halfway up sides of a 9 x 9-inch pan. Arrange drained peach slices on crust.

4Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

5Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
