- 1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow)
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 6 to 8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Prepare pudding with milk and sour cream.

2Refrigerate.

3Bake cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes. Cool.

4Spread pudding on cool cake, sliced peaches on pudding and spread Cool Whip on peaches.

5Sprinkle pecans on topping.

6Cover and let stand in refrigerator several hours.
