  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. peach Jell-O
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
  • 4 c. fresh sliced peaches

    Combine first 3 ingredients;

    mix well and spread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Mix sugar, flour and Jell-O well, then add water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear; cool completely.
