  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks

Directions

    Blend 1 1/2 sticks margarine with cake mix until crumbly and put in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Beat egg yolks and blend in sour cream and drained peaches.

    Spread this mixture over cake and margarine mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
