- 2 c. 100% bran
- 1 c. skimmed milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. cholesterol free egg product or 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. canned peaches, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. dark raisins
Directions

1In bowl, combine bran and milk and let stand five minutes. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, set aside.

2Blend mixture just until blended.

3Stir in peaches and raisins.

4Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet or spoon batter into greased muffin pan.

5Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
