- 3 ripe medium peaches, pitted, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 slices (3/4-inch thick each) ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 c. lemon sherbet
- 1/2 c. ginger ale
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Place peaches, corn syrup and ginger root in blender container.

3Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds or just until smooth.

4Add sherbet and ginger ale.

6Blend on medium speed for 15 seconds or just until smooth.

7Pour into two large glasses.
