Peach Ice Cream

- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- few drops red food coloring
- 4 c. mashed peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar to peaches (let stand 30 minutes before using)
Directions

1Combine egg, sugar and 3 cups of 1/2 gallon of milk.

2Cook on top of stove until mixture reaches 160° or until it coats a metal spoon.

3After this cools, add remaining milk, condensed milk, vanilla, food coloring and peaches.

4Mix and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

5Yields 1 gallon.
