  • 1 tablespoon peach brandy or vanilla extract
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream, chilled
  • 1 cup low-fat milk, evaporated milk, or vanilla soy milk, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
