  • 5 c. peaches, mashed
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or orange jello

    Mash peaches.

    Add sugar and cook 20 minutes.

    Add jello and cook 1 minute more.

    Pour into jars; when set, place in freezer. Makes about 1 quart.
