- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 12 peach halves
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2With a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

3Press the flour mixture over the bottom and up the sides of a buttered 10 inch round pan.

4Places the peaches, cut side up, over the pastry.

5Combine the brown sugar sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peach halves.

6Bake for 15 minutes.

7Mix the egg yolks and cream.

8Pour over the peaches and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
