- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. coconut, flaked
- 1 (20 oz.) can peaches, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut.

3Pat mixture lightly into greased oblong pan (13 x 9-inch).

4Build up slight edges.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Arrange peaches on warm crust.

7Mix cinnamon-sugar; sprinkle on peaches. Blend sour cream and yolks.

8Drizzle over peaches.

9Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.

10Do not overbake.

11Serve warm or cold.
