- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg yolks (save whites for top)
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 pint peach preserves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 34 cup pecans, chopped or 34 cup coconut
Directions

1Cream together first 5 ingredients and spread into 2 1/2x13x10 in cookie sheet.

2Cover with peach preserves.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla to whites.

5Spread on top of preserves.

6Sprinkle pecans or coconut or both on top.

7Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
