- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 1/2 c. peaches (use freestone), drained and cut up
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together adding flour last.

2Put into a large oiled Bundt pan.

3Bake for 1 hour at 350° until done in center.
