  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 c. peaches (use freestone), drained and cut up
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

    Mix all ingredients together adding flour last.

    Put into a large oiled Bundt pan.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350° until done in center.
