  • 2 c. water
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. whole allspice and cloves
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • approximately 4 qt. peaches

    Put spices in bag and mix.

    Then mix everything, except peaches, and boil for 20 minutes.

    Peel peaches and put in boiling mixture slowly.

    Put into sterilized jars and seal.
