  • 1 large can peaches, drained and crushed
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 deep dish graham cracker crusts
  • juice of 2 lemons

Directions

    Mix all fruit with Cool Whip.

    Mix with Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.

    Pour into pie crust and cool about 3 or 4 hours.
