- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. margarine
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice and sugar; let stand 1 hour. Drain.

2Measure 1 cup of this syrup and add cornstarch.

3Blend. Stir over low heat until thick.
