  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 6 c. sliced peaches
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix all except peaches and toss with peaches.

    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.

    Top with pastry or crumb topping. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.
