Peach Pie

  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 9 or 12-inch pie shell
  • 1 scant c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Drain most of the juice off the sliced peaches.

    Line the pie shell with peaches.

    Cream the sugar and butter.
  4. 4
    Into butter and sugar mixture, work in the flour.

    Beat the egg into the mixture. Add the vanilla.

    Spread mixture over top of pie and between peaches.

    Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour, or until done.
