- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 9 or 12-inch pie shell
- 1 scant c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Drain most of the juice off the sliced peaches.

2Line the pie shell with peaches.

3Cream the sugar and butter.

4Into butter and sugar mixture, work in the flour.

5Beat the egg into the mixture. Add the vanilla.

6Spread mixture over top of pie and between peaches.

7Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour, or until done.
