- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

1Crush 3 peaches and add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch.

2Cook until the mixture is thick and clear.

3Slice the remaining peaches into a baked pie shell.

4Pour the cooled mixture over the sliced peaches and chill.
